In order to achieve such a grind, it is crucial the concrete poured is exceptionally flat to limit any risk of a half-exposed floor as a result of an uneven concrete base. We always try to remove and fix any blemishes we can, yet throughout the construction and placement process when building, this grind may expose footprints, cracks and staining.
